Saddleback Skies series... In October 2003, I relocated home and studio to a hill top overlooking both the Saddleback Valley and the coastline towards the south.My work this year reflects this move, sunrise and sunset colors, the moon rising over Saddleback mountain, storm systems moving across the valley, and above all, clouds and big sky. These images are created using monotype, collage and a special dying technique called shibori.
